At General Door we believe in being as fair to our clients as possible and that is why we have not raised our rates since 2017.

FREE ESTIMATES

Free estimates are something we pride ourselves on and we are always happy to provide one whenever a technician is not needed to troubleshoot and diagnose a problem.

When applicable, we may request photos or additional information so we can quote a job as quickly as possible even without doing a site check.

LABOR CHARGES

It is our goal to provide the highest level of service at an affordable cost and that is why we do not have any on-site minimums longer than 30 minutes for standard rate service calls, unlike most our competitors who charge an hour minimum no matter how long a technician is actually on-site.

We value your time, so all we ask is you value ours in return.

TRIP CHARGES

General Door provides services virtually anywhere in Southern California, and while distance is not an issue, we reward customers who are closer to our local community.

Because the closer you are to our base of operations, the lower your trip charge rate.

materials charge

While it can be a challenge to find the exact materials to install, fix or maintain doors as needed.
