Coronavirus Precautions Being Taken By General Door Service

To Our Valued Customers:

Here at General Door we care deeply about the safety and well-being of our clients and employees. Due to the nature of the service and repair industry we are taking all necessary precautions to protect you and ourselves.

First, we are staying in constant communication with our employees and continuing to provide them with up to date information and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) so they can keep themselves and their families safe.

Next, our trucks are now stocked with the necessary items to sanitize certain types of doors and door handles we come in contact with. We have also instructed our technicians to wear gloves as much as possible and wash their hands with soap as much as necessary.

Furthermore, we have altered the way we handle our digital paperwork so you, the client, no longer have to touch our phones which could prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Lastly, our employees have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling sick, showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or if they believe they have come in contact with the virus.

Our goal is to do our part in helping to contain this virus and prevent it from spreading without creating unnecessary panic, and with a little bit of awareness and forethought we can do just that.

This is a fluid situation and as it changes so will our policies to combat this growing threat. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at the office at (833) 436-3667. Thank you and God bless.
