Better warranties for better work

It is an industry standard to offer only a 30 day warranty on repairs that don’t require major replacement parts.

General Door doubles that and offers 60 day warranties on all repairs — unless stated otherwise due to certain conditions that may arise.

New Door and Parts Warranties

Our new door warranties start at 1 full year for parts and labor and go up from there.

Our new parts warranty is also 1 year.

However, we are aware some competitors claim warranties of several years, but we advice you to make sure and read the fine print!

They may require an expensive maintenance program that you are not aware of as a requirement, or more times than not, that offer comes with numerous stipulations for them to get out of any costly repairs if something arises during that time.

With General Door, we won’t make promises we can’t deliver, and will explain our warranty policies clearly.
